Do you offer custom sizes?

Can I install the lift myself?
Yes! Installation does not require any major home renovations. The lift can be installed by the homeowner but 2H Lifts also offers professional installation service.
How long does installation take?
Our installation techs can have your lift installed in just a few hours.
Where do you service?
We can ship and install anywhere in the U.S.
How long will it take to get my lift?
Lead times vary depending on the unit you select but in most cases, your lift will be delivered within 3-6 weeks of ordering. We'll give you a specific timeframe when you finalize your order.
Is financing available?
Yes! Financing is available through Hearth Financing.
How will my lift hold up to the weather?
Our lifts are made with 100% marine-grade aluminum and stainless steel, which means they can hold up to the elements and without rusting.
Is there a warranty?
Our lifts come with a manufacturer's warrant of 5 years on the structure and 1 year on the controls (excluding acts of God, lightning strikes, neglect or user error.) You can also purchase an extended warranty.
How high can a lift go?
Our standard lift travels 17' feet but we can safely build a lift up to 25' feet of travel.
Can people ride on a cargo lift?
Our Passenger Lifts are meant to carry people and can safely lift up to 1,200 lbs. The Classic & Premium Cargo lifts are not meant to carry people, although they can safely carry over 1,000 lbs.
How do I maintain my lift?
Maintenance is easy! Just regularly inspect the moving parts of the system and grease as needed. 2H Lifts also offers a routine maintenance program.
